Easton Town Center: Restaurants for a Full Day of Eating!
I grew up in a small town about an hour and a half away from Columbus. I’ll never forget the weekends when my mom and I would pack up and leave early on a Saturday morning for a FULL day of shopping and eating in Columbus before heading home – happy and most certainly not hungry. Now, many years later and many miles closer to Columbus, it should be pretty obvious why Easton Town Center is my favorite place to eat and shop! #sponsored
There are SO many options to get your day started right at Easton Town Center but one of the best places is on the newer (north) side of Easton. Crimson Cup’s absolutely stunning coffee shop recently opened on Worth Avenue, right beside True Food Kitchen. I love that they have all sorts of fun seasonal options, like the Iced Lavender Latte I tried! They also feature a few baked goods from one of my downtown Columbus favorites, Freedom A La Cart.
There’s plenty of room inside of the Crimson Cup shop, or out on their patio to have a seat and relax! If you’re ready to grab your caffeine and get moving, don’t forget this next stop first…
Dragon Donuts! The Dragon Donut shop also recently opened at Easton Town Center, with its only other two locations being in Grove City and Grandview. I love that you have the option to buy all yeast donuts, all cake, or a mix of both! The yeast donuts are amazing but there’s just something SO fun about watching the cake donuts being dipped in the icing and decorated right in front of you.
Pssst: The Easton Dragon Donuts shop is the only location that also offers an Egg Sandwich. If you’re not too into sweets, this is the perfect hack to getting your morning fuel without the sugar. Don’t miss it!
When lunchtime finally hits and you’re ready to rest your feet, I have the perfect “secret” to share with you about Nordstrom at Easton Town Center. There’s the most adorable CAFE on the second floor! Did you know that?! I sure didn’t! The menu at Cafe Bistro is absolutely DIVINE and I need to go back ASAP because there were so many things I wanted to try but didn’t get a chance to.
I loved the Salmon Niçoise Salad – one of my new top favorites in Columbus! The Chicken and Goat Cheese Panini with fries and aioli sauce for dipping was also a winning pick. You honestly cannot go wrong, and it’s the quietest and most relaxing little cafe.
Fast forward to dinnertime and I know you all get as hungry as I do after a full day of shopping! I recommend the newest little Vietnamese restaurant called Pho Social – it’s family owned and all recipes have been passed down for generations. We LOVED the spring rolls, totally could’ve ordered another dish of it.. but I knew I should save room for the main course 🙂
Pho! I can always put down a generous helping of Pho whether it’s a 90 degree day in the middle of summer or a chilly winter evening. We loved the Beef Pho which was big enough for leftovers, and our server also recommended that we try the Rice with Grilled Pork and Egg and it was phenomenal. The flavors in the grilled pork left me wanting more, even after I licked my plate clean. Whoops!
You can finish out your day at Easton at one of the newer bars on the North side – the WXYX bar in the Aloft Hotel. The bar is a fun mix of art and music themes with cocktails like this one called “Heroes” made with Casamigos Blanco Vida Mezcal, Pink Grapefruit, Kiwi, Lime, and Dragon Fruit.
They also serve small appetizers like street tacos and wings if you’re still hungry for a snack! Check out their website HERE for a listing of upcoming musical performances for entertainment.
If you’re still hungry after a day spent at Easton Town Center, you can’t go blaming me 😉 See you there soon! #sponsored
