Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen sweet potato fries
  • 2 tbsp Mazola® Corn Oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. If using a grill, preheat to medium high. If using an oven, preheat to 425 degrees.

  2. If making a foil packet, rip two large squares of heavy duty aluminum foil and divide your frozen sweet potato fries evenly between the two. Make sure your fries are spread in an even layer and not laying on top of each other. If using a cast iron skillet, spread out the fries evenly.

  3. Drizzle Mazola corn oil over the fries. Mazola Corn Oil has a neutral taste that lets the natural flavor of your food stand out! Then, sprinkle with salt and pepper before closing the foil packs and placing on grill (or in the oven). If using a cast iron skillet, cover the skillet with a sheet of foil

  4. Toss fries occasionally and cook through, about 20 minutes. Open foil and sprinkle with mozzarella, bacon crumbles, and chives (or cilantro).

  5. Put the packs back in the grill/oven for 2-3 minutes (with grill lid closed if grilling) until cheese is melted. When the cheese is melted, add some Greek yogurt on top to finish!
